Looked at court records for the US Western District tonight in the lawsuit the Turks have against Ray Reynolds and Somervell County Hospital District (Pacer system) and saw that there are a number of documents filed since the last time I looked.

The last action I wrote about was Ray Reynolds partial motion to dismiss, here from 10/23/2015, with the case scheduled for 7/18/2016. (And here is the original filing)

On 11/10/2015, The Turks filed a proposed leave to file an amended complaint, with 4 exhibits and a proposed order. That order was granted on 11/13/2015 by Judge Smith and the amended complaint was filed on 11/13/2015. On 11/16/2015, a response to Ray Reynolds motion to dismiss was filed.

Update 11/18/2015- Somervell County Hospital District/Ray Reynolds partial motion to dismiss denied.

Amended complaint  A couple of screen grabs that I thought were interesting, read the whole thing at left for the entire complaint

 Exhibit A

 Exhibit B

Exhibit C

 Exhibit D
