I did an open records request a month or so ago asking for copies of the Somervell County Hospital District board members Texas Public Information Act and Texas Open Meetings Act certificates. 

After I posted about it, I got MORE certificates. 

And this week, on November 2, I got 2 more from Ray Reynolds. As I noted in my first post, neither Karen Burroughs nor Brett Nabors had done the Public Information Act training within 90 days of taking the board position, as required by law. They FINALLY have now, quite more than a year after they were supposed to.

Brett Nabors did the training on Oct 30, 2015

As a reminder, the legal requirements regarding this are Government Code Section 552.012
