I did a public information request of Somervell County Hospital District aka Glen Rose Medical Center on Oct 9, 2015. I received back a reply on October 19, 2015 from Ray Reynolds who wrote "Attached are the certificates I have in file." Posted about it here on October 23, 2015.
So, I assumed that this was the end of it, that Mr Reynolds had sent everything that pertained to the required training certificates. After all, he didn't say, "MORE COMING". I wrote about this on the morning of October 23.
On October 26, 2015 at 9:05 am I got more certificates.

and 2 from Mina Douglas for both PIA and TOMA. Not sure who that is, but maybe she works for Reynolds.
I wondered why the fool these weren't included in the request I did before. After all, I would have assumed my request was fulfilled. In other words, if there is no explanation that there is more coming, then how can you KNOW you got it ALL?
I called up John Parker to ask him how it was that his other certificate showed up in the 2nd email and not the first. He said Ray Reynolds had called him a few days before that to ask about his cerificate and he faxed it to him. Since Eugene Brode completed TOMA (don't see Public Information Act at all for Eugene) on Sunday, October 25, 2015, it looks to me that after I posted about all the missing required certs, Reynolds called up to ask others to pony them up. IF that's actually the case, then it STILL means that
