Can't help but laugh about this. Because, you know, ONE GUY gets to make decisions on who gets awards based on his feelings and most of the board voted for this. In fact, John Parker said something like "We should let him do whatever he wants". Right. Because using one's position politically based on arbitrary opinions and feelings is the way to go and it is more important that the President's ego should be stroked than to implement a fair process. Hah.
