Ray Reynolds: The next thing I think it's interesting to look at is, look at the organizational chart and this is current. We have some open positions which we'll show you about. The way this kind of works is over on the far left hand side is our 501a and you can see that that that reports to me from an organizational standpoint. Underneath that is Susan, our practice manager and each one of the physician practices are part of that.
