First, Chip Harrison, unprofessionally, insults Eugene Brode, and then, when the audience decides to join in and titter, he doesn't gavel for order. It really seems that the only thing that will keep order in that room is either the decency of the people attending OR the code of conduct that is being worked on that ties how employees act to their employment.
