Was watching the video from the Somervell County Hospital District meeting from yesterday (3/21/2015) about Glen Rose Medical Center in which indemnification for D&O (Directors and Officers) was discussed. Chip Harrison alluded to some reason why there are multiple instances going on right now in which this would apply. What does that mean?
