One of Rick Perry's campaign handlers said

'he and his wife believe they are touched by God, and that this is his time'

Have to laugh at this, as I also believe Rick Perry is *touched*, but not the same way he means.

Rick Perry has said the LAST time he considered running for president, he was *called by God*.  And that "Only god can help*. I wondered at the time if he really did think only God would help people, why in the FOOL would HE run for office? 

That's the same god he told Texans to pray to to end the drought. And heck, he was faux annointed at the first "The Response" (Just watch that video and tell me that's not CREEEEEEEPPPPPPYYYYY)  and God ignored him too (while the people that attended were certainly not ignored as people to *touch* for moolah.) 

Maybe he just mixed up god with his wife Anita???
