While I don't think anything will come of the court case against Rick Perry, I am glad that the case is continuing to be a thorn in his side. I am glad he is being forced to account for his actions. Many people feel that the case is merely a political ploy and they are not totally wrong.
However, my feel of the case is that I am not looking at what Perry is being specifically charged with... I am looking at the past decade of his endless nonsense and bullying and questionable actions to get whatever he wanted at the times that he want it.
In other words, I have documentation showing a lot of what Perry has done or has tried to do during the past decade... and I don't like most of it.
Despite how I feel about Perry and regarding the actions or inactions he has taken during his lengthy reign in Texas as Governor, he has earned the thorn of the current case sticking into his side, perhaps not directly relating to the Lehmberg issue and what his actions were strictly in that vain, but for all the actions that were permitted during the past 10 years and I truly hope the thorn hurts, despite his bravado that he's not bothered by it and that it's merely a political attack on him by those liberal devils. At the least, Rick Perry has earned the "swarm of mosquitoes" flying around him. And I hope it lasts for a long time.
