NOW he says it, after he let's everyone and their kid attack me for it during the meeting he ran and let run wild as usual.

This entire mess is, indeed, the fault of Chip Harrison - he made the one mistake that good people so often make when dealing with bad people; he gave Ray a chance to prove he wasn't so bad.  And got stabbed in the back for his trouble.  Let this be a lesson for us all - if you have reason to believe somebody is a bad actor, don't leave them in the position to screw you over one second longer than you have to ... because they will.

@salon- I wasn't actually discussing last night's meeting.  What I meant was, that it was a mistake for Chip Harrison & the board to not fire Ray months ago.  Mr. Harrison did the "right" thing by giving Ray a chance - but, despite that being what we all teach our kids is the "right" thing; to show mercy, it was utimately the WRONG thing to do.  Ray should have been fired within a month or so of the board being elected.  Instead, he was given months to cover up anything illegal he might have been doing, and in the mean time has been able to conspire with Ron Hankins and others to subvert the board and thus the will of the people.  I not only think Ray should be fired, but based on what I've heard, he needs to be investigated and, if convicted, sent to prison.
