Update: I have sent a complaint regarding this to the Texas Attorney General's office. I believe, first, that since the other active board members (meaning, of course, those that are not suspended), sent me a particular letter that had been sent to the entire board, he should have as well, but I can't find that he did  I notice that Ms Collins has a tendency to send information that does not indicate the source. I asked her again, as indicated above, if she would confirm that, specifically, Ron Hankins had nothing in response to my open records request of Oct 13, 2014, with no reply from her. Hopefully the AG's office can sort this out.
