from a tip. (If you have a tip regarding this, you can either anonymously post a comment or you may send an anonymous email to talk@glenrose.net.

Last week I went down to GRMC on Thursday morning for an open records request. I was hustled very quickly out of Ray Reynolds office and noticed some hospital personnel in the hallway as well as the conference room closed with a sign on the door. Seemed a little unusual at the time.Received this from someone actively involved with the hospital

As a side note, although Quality meetings were held every month, for some reason there wasn't one in December. Wonder why not, especially given that there appears to have been some known issues at that point? Reference:

Doctor expressed strong concern about Ray Reynolds and Torch.

Who was the Glen Rose Medical Center Employee who believed she was being harrassed and bulllied?

Who was the board member who was too busy fighting other board members to attend to patient safety?

Oops. Darrell Best accidentally sent email meant for *Ron* to someone else.

P.S. Did an open records request to DHSS today to ask for original materials, including the resolution report, will update when I receive.

Side note that, per the Somervell County Hospital District agenda, the board went into executive session  on Dec 18 2014 to discuss

"The Somervell County Hospital District will convene in Executive Session to receive report by Compliance Officer regarding evaluation of medical and health care services pursuant to Section 161.032 of the Texas Health and Safety Code"
