I would like to file a formal grievance. I am being bullied and framed by my direct supervisor, **********. I was made aware by an employee of this hospital that there is a petition going around for people to sign to try and get me fired and my boss, ********** not only knows about it, she is encouraging people to sign it.
**********told this employee about my personnel file and complaints against me that have not been brought to me or the HR department. **********is accusing me of taking drugs and doing other things that are incorrect. I was also made aware that ****** is not only aware of the petition, he is encouraging employees to sign it. ********stated that she would sign the petition. The actions of ********and******************* is not only unprofessional, it is illegal, and I feel I am being harassed, slandered and bullied.
I love this hospital and I have worked very hard to make the ************department a good place to work, as well as provide a high quality of care. The thought of having to retain an attorney in order to protect my nursing license is the last thing I want to do; however, I am bringing this to you because I am being backed into a corner, and now I have to protect myself as well as my nursing license. The fact that the administration of this hospital was aware of this yesterday, and those responsible are still here today, makes me wonder if some of them are involved.
I will not give in to bullying, harassing and framing. I will provide letters from my direct employees that work with me on a daily basis as references to my character and nursing ability. I would like to assume that this situation will be handled, and no further action will be required. Thank you for your help with this matter.
Sincerely
