I've been watching the video from the Somervell County Hospital District meeting from July 31 2014 and was stopped cold in my tracks when I heard Ron Hankins whining about how he views Chip Harrison's role and how he apparently believes not only that he can control Harrison but that Harrison should control board member Harper. Such arrogance. When I voted for the board, while I hoped that the board members I voted for that ran on certain agendas will vote certain ways, aren't they all adults who are free to decide without someone attempting to bully them into a action? Besides the fact that each board member has a role, that role only involves certain responsibilities but does not make one board member more, better than another or subject to control.
