Another thing I was entirely astonished to view was Ron Hankins, Somervell County Hospital Board member, questioning WHY certain things were even on the agenda, RIGHT after the topic had been broached and BEFORE anyone had a chance to discuss. What, is he trying to CENSOR what people talk about? Trying to BULLY OR INTIMIDATE people from bringing up anything on the agenda? I actually really like the way this is being done with this board. Any board member can ask for something to be put on the agenda, either themselves or at the behest of a citizen. And really, isn't that the point, so that whatever the item is can be DISCUSSED???
