LT Governor

1,370 people voted. 603 for David Dewherst, 767 for Dan Patrick

24.16% of the 5,670 registered voters

Attorney General

Dan Branch 41.89%

Ken Paxton 58.10 %

22.18% of the 5670 registered voters

Ag Commish

Tommy Merrit 439

Sid Miller 920 23.96 % of 5,670 registered voters

Railroad Commissioner

Wayne Christian 605

Ryan Sitton 532

20.05% county turnout

Now Democrats

US Senator

David M Alameel 14

Kesha Rogers 8

.38% of 5,670 registered voters

Ag Commish

Kinky Friedman 12

Jim Hogan 10

Now back to the Republicans

Somervell County had what looks like the second highest turnout of Republican voters, period, out of any county except Kimble. Somervell had  24.16%. I assume this is because there was a local Republican runoff county judge contest between Danny Chambers and Jerry Lee.
