I couldn't help myself!  Reading the paper today I was laughing out loud!  The hospital district was using words such as transparency, responsibility, prudently, unforeseen maintenance charges.....   Tears are running down my face!  They are like scared children striking out on their own in uncharted waters after dodging bullet from indictments  (wait!  That chapter hasn't played out yet!)  Even the Bible states that a leopard can't change it's spots. History has been written (this hospital board has NEVER followed a budget).  It's just their ploy to get more funds next year,  ONLY if they can make it past petition to  dissolve hospital district.  We still have the nursing home/We can keep hospital. Get rid of existing hospital board and administrators!
