What did David Orcutt of Lake Granbury Medical Center Say Last Year to Somervell County Commissioners?

At a meeting to the Somervell County Commissioners Court on June 22 2012, listen to what invited speaker David Orcutt, former CEO of Lake Granbury Medical Center,  said about interest from CHS in Glen Rose Medical Center. Note that at no time does he say Granbury would CLOSE the hospital. Anyone that does say that is not telling you the truth.
