Somervell County is rich (in potential).  Management and enjoying such can be accomplished in a simple manner.  It's like a steak you buy.  It is bought and paid for.  Don't throw it away simply because it has too much fat , trim it down and save the lean meat.  Same for the hospital and golf course.  The fat is overhead.  Do we really need all these top paid positions to make it work?  NO!  Give it some thought please.
