Have long believed that every government entity should publish audio from its meetings, which most record anyway, on a publicly available website. Somervell County Water District started doing this 2-3 years ago, so that it is possible to hear what happened in open session without attending. Recently the Somervell County Commissioners Court began putting its audio online The Somervell County Hospital Authority board does NOT publish its audio, although all meetings are digitally recorded and would be a snap to make available.....
