I laughed when I heard the audio of the 2 recent meetings (Somervell County is now putting the audio up on their website so you can HeAR the 2 special sessions concerning the hospital district - Feb 21 and 25)  concerning the election for a hospital district (which previous election was soundly and roundly defeated 2-1 a couple of years ago). Mr Ford pontificated that the only issue before the commissioners on Monday was not whether this was a good idea, but did the submitted petition meet legal criteria.
