We have heard, just like last time there was a hospital district election that was going to raise everybody's taxes,that IF THE ELECTION DOES NOT PASS, THE HOSPITAL WILL BE CLOSED AND EVERYONE WILL LOSE THEIR JOBS (cue the scary music movie with some screaming in the background). Not only is this not 1 and a scare tactic, it got us wondering...
