In 10 days, or March 1st, the 'sequester' or 'automatic spending cuts' will start. I keep hearing on the talk shows from Republicans that "The President is the one who came with this idea" on the massive spending cuts that ARE going to take affect in 10 days but Republicans refuse to admit that THEY voted for it! The president did not just declare these spending cuts, they were VOTED on by congress and the Republicans DID vote for and agreed to it!
