I speculate here. We know that Congressional District 25 in Texas was redrawn to exclude minorities, especially hispanics. We also know that Sid Miller said that his buddies at the Texas Lege redrew that district, which goes ALL the way down to part of Travis County, for HIM. All of a sudden we heard that Michael Williams, whose home base was in Arlington, and had filed to run in that district, changed to run  in CD 25, while Roger Williams, who didn't live in Arlington, but Weatherford, was going to run there. And then Sid Miller called Roger Williams a carpetbagger.
