Honestly, I have tried to keep up with whether Mitt Romney endorses Paul Ryan's "Cut Medicare and Turn it into a Voucher Plan for Seniors" that was in the Ryan budget that was passed by the Republican House or if he doesn't or if Romney wants to say it's really HIS plan (damn it, "I"M RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT, NOT PAUL RYAN) or why Romney won't spell out the details of what he wants to do, and I can't. I think Romney says whatever the heck crosses his mind at a given moment depending on his audience. Or maybe his wife is feeding him cues, since she apparently is the one ACTUALLY running his campaign, not his advisors. But I will try.
