Pretend like you're running and put out a lot of PR so people talk about you just in case you're not serious. It's interesting because the Iowa Straw Poll is on Saturday and Rick Perry coudln't get on it because, um, he's not a candidate. He'd have to have write-ins. So what's he doing? Oh, he's going to go SOUTH CAROLINA, no doubt to try to draw attention AWAY from the Iowa Straw Oll and whoever wins that.
