There are some people in Texas who don't see the difference between Rick Perry, the individual, attending a prayer event, and his creating a prayer event in his capacity as governor, for only one religion. That includes the judge who threw out the case that FFRF brought against Governor Rick Perry for doing this; he did it, basically, for lack of standing, that nobody was coercing the plaintiffs to attend, and after all, don't we have National Days of Prayer at the federal level?
