When Secessionist Rick Perry decided he would issue a formal state proclamation to ask everyone to pray to God for rain, back in April, I doubt he meant to ask for a little sprinkle every month or so. The kind of rain that the state of Texas needs,  is not just a teaser that sprinkles a bit or blows through and then goes, but a steady stream of rain or thundershowers that continues for more days every month. Otherwise, why bother to go through the process of asking Texans to pray for just a Little Bit of Rain?
