Now, I don't have any idea if it's 1. I sure do remember at the time reading about it all over the place (this is the link about the story going around at the time) and then, suddently, it all got hushed up. Perhaps Rick Perry is not gay. I think he does need to get asked about this directly and repeatedly and we not take some mealy-mouthed obfuscation for an answer; perhaps ask Geoff O'Connor as well.  For me, I don't really care if he's gay or not, I used to self-identify as a Democrat, as Perry did also.
