As I was reviewing the weekely jail activity report I noticed that he are now the proud babysitters of a female inmate from Hood County being held on a bench warrant for the charge of Murder.  Humm... it appears to be a first degree felony, not a captial offense, thus more than likely not a death penalty case.  It may be interesting to look at the indictment on this case.
