Last week the auditor that GREDC hired to look at finances gave her presentation before the 4b committee. Here's what the auditor said about how $172 thousand should be considered a receivable TO 4b. Said it isn't in the contract for 4b to be responsible for M&0. She also said the city auditor (Cliff May) is going to list it as receivable for 4b.

BUT Peggy Busch brought up about the $100,000 and said that Cliff May said it didn't have to be.Why does this matter? Because it's a difference of 72 thousand owing to 4b OR 172 thou.
