Article in the Dallas Morning News explores the options Luminant has about those 2 extra reactors. Seems that because Luminant is using an untested, untried reactor, it would take longer to get approval, they may decide not to do it when/if the time comes, they didn't get moolah from the taxpayer yet (and Chet Edwards weighs in on that one since he LOST), and if EFH can't make money anyway, they may just sell it.
