Saw that a federal appeals court decided that having a voluntary time in schools in NH to have children say the pledge with the phrase Under God inserted, does not violate student's constitutional rights. (1st US Circuit Court of Appeals). Earlier this year, the 9th Circuit Court of appeals also ruled much the same thing. I'm not sure if either case is being taken to the Supreme Court, but even if it is, I've decided to stop saying the pledge.
