Unfortunately, not all on the city council know they are doomed, just Mr. Stricklin and Ms. Oldenberg, who currently are the only voices of reason on the council but have been overridden by the rest of them. Now we can look forward to a new council person who reputedly is against a city administrator (and the city overlay). Are we surprised? Whatever this council does, it will never, at their current rate of learning, get its ducks (and ours) in a row concerning Oakdale Park.
