I'm sorry. I'm rolling my eyes even as I write this. I said before that I do NOT understand how you can go put in ad in the paper for a position without at least FIRST having a clear idea of what qualities and experience you are hiring FOR.   At the last council meeting, the city decided to go put an ad in the official Glen Rose newspaper, the Glen Rose Reporter.  Did they have a job description? Nope. The only one that came close was a paltry one Ronald Bruce had come up with.
