As readers know, Barbara Mitchell, city councilwoman, resigned a couple of weeks ago. Last night the City of Glen Rose Town Council not only voted to accept her resignation, which was effective immediately upon her turning it in, but appointed, on a 2/2 vote which tie the Mayor broke, Tom Osborne..
