Just got back from going down to record the CPAC meeting. When I got there, there was a crowd of people waiting outside, and the Freese and Nichols guy, Dan, was standing outside too. On the door was a sign that said that the meeting was cancelled due to lack of a quorum. A few people said that it was due to Barbara Mitchell, council person, resigning. She apparently did it after noon, as Dan had called the city then and the meeting was going ahead as scheduled.  Dan said that letters had gone out to people notifying them of this meeting and he will be talking to Peggy Busch to determine what and when they should reschedule.
