Michael Sneed has not yet come to court on his indictment for attempted sexual assault. Recently one of the commenters on this site asked about whether Michael Sneed had listed his previous felony conviction of child abuse/neglect in the state of Nebraska. I have a copy of his job application for Somervell County and posting it here. The only place I can see that makes reference to the felony offense is on page 2 where he says that he left his job at Charter Communications in Granbury because of "legal issues in Omaha". Note that I am not weighing in here on whether he is guilty or not of the current offense, that's for a court to decide, but, again, the indictment shows that he did plead guilty to a felony offense in Nebraska.
