From City of Glen Rose Town Council meeting July 26 2010. The part that interested me here was not so much the discussion about how big the signs should be or how tall the lettering, but why the sign for Helen Kerwin wasn't done yet. As I recall, she negotiated a contract with the city to allow easement by the riverwalk but spelled out that there should be a sign spelling out city ordinances on the other side of the dam. She also mentioned that since the dam has been opened people are bringing charcoal grills over to her side of the river. Council asked her to get that put on the agenda for next time.
