TPM is that not-so-transparent way for schools to inflate the student's TAKS scores. GRISD does it. Last time we discussed this Robert Scott didn't even GO to the Texas House hearing where the methodology was being analyzed.  (Here's the link to the House hearing) - if you want to hear the hilarity of this, starts at about 2 h 16 min in.
