Pfffttt. Waste Control Specialists strikes again; you know, the place that all the low-level radioactive waste is slated to go, and for some gawdawful reason Andrews County wants it. Anyway. EVEN THOUGH Waste Control Specialists is violating the license that says they can only keep this waste for 365 days, and EVEN THOUGH they have had a canister past 365 days,
