Note that Glen Rose Medical Foundation dba Glen Rose Medical Center has been replaced as a private non-profit by Somervell County, which appointed Somervell County Hospital Authority board to run it. As a point of reference, here are 990 forms while GRMF was in existence (incidentally, the Texas Secretary of State's website still shows GRMF in operation, so perhaps they haven't finished winding down yet?)
