THIS is why the City of Glen Rose needs a city administrator. I'm glad that Chris Bryant brought this up, and it has now been voted to clarify who is in charge of Oakdale. I do hope that having Mr Bruce as the go-to person for Oakdale will not be used to circumvent a good discussion about the city adminstrator job that surely will be on the agenda for the July Retreat (Open Meeting)
