Remember that lawsuit that Chris Bell did a LOOOONG time ago (November 2007) accusing Rick Perry of illegally hiding campaign contributions? Well, it's been settled, according to Local Texans  but can we KNOW for sure what happened? Nope. It's a SECRET.
