Remember a couple of months ago when Mitchell was on a tear and exercised his freedom of speech by blasting the Willow Park Sewer Plant, eminent domain and Rick Perry? His comments are posted here. Apparently because ONE of the paid ads he took out in a few papers says "Political Ad", the TEC (Texas Ethics Commission) is on his case. (FW Weekly)
