I've been reading the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals dissent in the recent case of Newdow and Roe v Rio Linda Union School District.  First comments about it here.  I have been enthralled with reading Justice Reinhardt's dissent  (link to PDF here with entire dissent as well as majority opinion.)  I noticed in a lot of the links where I first went to find the dissent, his dissent wasn't actually there, but rather in a very shortened form. Therefore, it being a public legal document, I've decided to put the whole tihng out here so it can be actually found, seen, and searched for. (Bolding is mine)
