Estimated cost plus renovation. Budgeting 300,000. On a 15 year note at 6 percent would be about 2500 per month. Nobody to date to run the facility- the 4b corporation would not run the facility but lease it out. Some interest on the part of the chamber of commerce to lease it, but chamber has not expressed an interest written or formally.
