For awhile, I think I will be getting audio after the fact from the commissioner's meeting and posting it rather than attending (and Judy N does a great job of getting the audio digitally). They were supposed to talk, today, about the creation of a new hospital authority, can't wait ti hear what they said.

Meanwhile, let's go back in time to February 2009 right after the hospital district election failed; Judge Maynard said at that time he didn't see the advantage of a hospital authority. What changed?
