This video is slightly edited for length, but you can listen via audio to the entire Somervell County Commissioner's Court meeting from Feb 11, 2008 here.  as you can here in the resolution, and clarified by commissioner questions, what the historical board wanted to do was ask for permission to move the building into Heritage Park. The city was picking up the cost of the $5000 to move it.

P.S. Forgot to add why I was posted this video clip from over a year ago. Yesterday at the City of Glen Rose meeting, the question came up about whose cost and responsibility it was to fix up the tailor house which had been moved into Heritage Park. The county owns Heritage Park but the city or historical commission own the tailor shop. The original agreement had been that the city picked up the 5000 bucks it would cost to move it, there was a question about whether it would even survive the move intact, but the only committment from the county was to supply a space for it to be moved to.
