Monday March 30 2009. Paul Harper has a bill he wants to see passed and has been asked by Sid Miller to talk to the Elections committee about it. Not sure exactly what time his turn will be up, the committee is supposed to start at 2:00 pm, but it might be more like 3:00 pm. Anyway, if you want to watch online, here's the Texas Lege link.
